What is art? Join us for an interview-style talk with the Ackland’s Elizabeth Manekin and UNC Philosophy professor Thomas Hofweber to hear how his class, “Introduction to Aesthetics,” uses objects in the Ackland’s collection to answer this perennial question. Bring a bag lunch–and questions of your own–for this lively, conversational program.
