In this drop-in workshop, visitors will be able to make their own tiny stamps… | 3 events, –  Join us as the Ackland resumes our popular Art Adventures class in person with instructor Allison Tierney! We will be inspired by Phượng Duyên Hải Nguyễn's Nowhen (2022). Art Adventures sessions provide kids with a guided view of art in the Ackland’s galleries, followed by the opportunity to create take-home treasures in an adjacent art studio… Free – $5 –  This program invites 10- to 13-year-olds to look at selected works in the Ackland’s galleries and identify techniques that the artists used to make them. Gallery teachers demonstrate and teach participants technical skills, which they can then apply to their own artistic creations.
